Just As You Are Legacy (J.A.Y.A.) is a 501c3 arts and education organization servicing teens and young adults. J.A.Y.A. exists to provide a safe, inclusive environment where anyone regardless of their background is free to be just as they are - to come from behind false identities “masks” to discover, uncover and love their true selves in excellence.  J.A.Y.A. encourages teens and young adults to embark on a journey of self-discovery and to realize their potential through self-growth/development. J.A.Y.A. is purposing to support their destiny and personal power to leave a legacy which inspires and empowers others to do the same. Through the utilization of workshops, master classes, productions, museum exhibits, outreach programs, school curriculums, and world tours J.A.Y.A. Legacy will fulfill its mission.

Provide and equip teens and young adults with tools, information, and environments to live their lives as it was originally intended. 

Mission:

To create content (arts and educational) to meet teens and young adults where they are, normalize their current space, and equip them with the tools necessary to support them in their journey of self discovery and forward movement.

At the forefront of social justice, racial equality, equipping organizations and people to live victoriously and exemplary customer service you will find Lisa M. Boone-Reddick. Honored to serve as the CEO for Just As You Are Legacy, Lisa champions the mission, vision, and outcomes in a manner that engages community in social change. Her executive experience covers a broad spectrum of functions and verticals including law enforcement, corporate America, nonprofit leadership, consulting services and c-suite operations. Lisa’s strengths surround strategically working in collaborative environments to achieve excellence in service and experiential endeavors.  

Prior to J.A.Y.A., Lisa successfully impacted a diversity of industries with executive leadership roles in corporate environments, LLC’s, and nonprofit agencies where her focus evolved around on leadership, DEI, customer service, developing teams, servant leadership and strategic planning.  

Lisa is passionate about talent development, building deep business partnerships and teams, and serving our communities. She shows this commitment by serving as Board Member for In The Word Ministries and Preserving Our History.  

Lisa has an undergraduate degree in Administration of Justice and Business with a Masters in Administration and Human Resources.

Ashley Arledge is a woman dedicated to living her life through her values and beliefs - God first, love above all else, and own the life you live in excellence.  For the last twelve years, Ashley has dedicated her life to being a student and advocate of love, personal development, mental and spiritual health, and lifestyle ownership.  She has spent the last few years building the Ashley Arledge brand which includes: Just As You Are Legacy, 501c3 (founder and CCO), Love Is My Currency brand (creator and host), and a life coaching business servicing clientele desiring growth and forward movement.   

When asked what her purpose and mission in life, Ashley says “to be love and complete each assignment with excellence.”
