Summary: G.R.O.W.N. is a 12-week program designed to equip middle school to college aged youth/young adults with the knowledge and tools to grow and own in personal development, wealth/finances, and business.
Objective: Fill in educational system gaps by giving practical application learning opportunities to personal development, financial literacy, and intrapreneurship and entrepreneurship.
G.R.O.W.N. promotes teamwork, innovation, heightened individuality, acceptance, diversity, equity, and inclusion. It has the ability to establish an entrepreneurial spirit through activities, interactions, key learnings and exchanges between the community champions and the youth. G.R.O.W.N. is designed to equip it’s participants with personal development skills, financial and business literacy, and a kingdom mindset to live life on purpose.

5-week in person course: accelerated course comprised of a the highlights of the 12-week course. Meeting twice per week for 90 mins.
Includes: teachings, personal development and budget/life and business planning worksheets, guest speakers, and access to professional mentors.
12-week in person course: Meeting once per week for 90 mins. This will include everything our 5 week course has plus 2 additional work sessions.
ONLY 25 seats per class!

January 2022 - June 2022 - A continued partnership with Chase Bank (Leimert Park) for 4-week in person/zoom courses to be provided at no cost to the community every 6 months. Class size is 20 max.
June 2022 - July 2022 – Partnership with Core 4 Learning to provide a 5-week in person accelerated program.
August 2022 - November 2022 –Obtain final videos from production company for 12-week online course. Complete website and database for 12-week online course.
November 2022 - January 2023 - Expanded program to Kansas City, MO to provide our 6-week in person courses at no cost to the youth and young adults of the greater Kansas City area. Class size is 20 max.
Served and built relationships with over 30 + families providing them with tools to obtain and maintain the proper mindset to become the person they want to be, to build the life they are designed to live, and to manage their finances to yield wealth, not riches.
